Procurement Manager (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Manage supplier contract portfolios across innovation, development, series production, and in-service support.
• Negotiate contract amendments and claims to secure favorable commercial and operational terms.
• Lead or participate in sourcing activities, calls for tenders, and contract negotiations.
• Drive strategic supplier relationships, performance, supply-chain risk management, and alignment with hirify.global standards.
• Coordinate with Programs, Engineering, Supply Chain, Customer Services, Quality, Finance, and Legal teams.
• Contribute to R&D procurement negotiations and prepare future tenders for new technologies and systems.

Requirements

• Five-year degree in Business, Procurement, Engineering, or a related field.
• Initial experience in procurement or buying, including commercial contract and claims negotiations.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to collaborate with multifunctional teams in engineering, programs, and supply chain.
• Fluent English at negotiation level is mandatory.
• Proactive, customer-oriented approach and interest in new technologies, system modularity, and aerospace innovation.

Nice to have

• Experience in software sourcing, avionics systems, or complex equipment platform integration.
• French language skills.
