Sr HR Coordinator

Location: R2 Perishable DC, Elkton, Maryland, United States; onsite distribution-center work required

Salary: $27.88–$35.34 per hour

What you will do

• Conduct employee investigations and present recommendations to the HR Business Partner and distribution-center director.
• Advise leadership on employee relations, conflict resolution, corrective actions, and complaints.
• Manage benefits administration, open enrollment communications, wellness programs, and leave-of-absence tracking.
• Support HR policy implementation, attendance and corrective-action tracking, payroll execution, and personnel-record maintenance.
• Coordinate new-hire orientation and contribute to continuous improvement through key performance indicators.
• Work across departments as needed while maintaining regular, predictable full attendance.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of HR experience in a supply-chain environment; 3–5 years preferred.
• Strong communication skills and familiarity with HR and payroll systems.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to work in a warehouse with varying temperatures, noise, dust, and temperatures as low as -20°F.
• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Up to 50% travel may be required, along with flexibility for weekends, nights, holidays, and overtime.
