Senior Sustainability Manager (ESG)

What you will do

• Take ownership of the Double Materiality Assessment.
• Coordinate the Sustainability Steering Committee and align stakeholders across the business.
• Translate sustainability priorities into concrete initiatives, especially around circularity and the workforce.
• Strengthen ESG performance and support compliance with evolving sustainability regulations.
• Turn complex data and insights into practical recommendations and measurable actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in sustainability, ESG, compliance, or a related area.
• Experience with sustainability regulations and frameworks, ideally including CSRD and Double Materiality Assessments.
• Strong ability to work with data, complex information, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Fluent English required; German language skills are advantageous.
