Manager Customer Quality & Continuous Improvement (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Lead customer complaint, customer escape, and customer quality issue management.
• Govern corrective and preventive action processes and coordinate cross-functional root cause investigations.
• Own lessons learned processes and deploy organizational learning across the business.
• Monitor customer quality metrics and develop Cost of Poor Quality reporting and improvement initiatives.
• Lead continuous improvement and quality culture initiatives focused on efficiency, quality maturity, and customer satisfaction.
• Partner with Product Assurance, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Supplier Quality while reporting quality trends, risks, and actions to management.

Requirements

• Experience in quality management, customer quality, operational excellence, or continuous improvement leadership.
• Strong knowledge of corrective action methodologies, root cause analysis, and manufacturing quality systems.
• Experience managing customer complaints, escapes, and corrective actions.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or comparable continuous improvement methods.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, leadership, and project management skills.
• Professional English proficiency required; German is beneficial.

• Experience in aerospace, high-tech manufacturing, or regulated industries.
