Platform Director (Salesforce)

Location: 100% remote work permitted from any US location; worksite listed in Chicago, Illinois.

Salary: $214,365–$292,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead the strategy, alignment, and delivery of digital platforms supporting Wealth Management experiences.
• Own Salesforce and adjacent Wealth platforms across custom development, configuration, integrations, and vendor solutions.
• Manage delivery across multiple agile engineering, configuration, and vendor teams.
• Translate business strategy and regulatory needs into executable platform roadmaps.
• Define success metrics, acceptance criteria, and measurable outcomes for platform delivery.
• Ensure cohesive, resilient, secure, and scalable advisor and client journeys across channels.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of progressive experience developing and implementing Salesforce enterprise applications.
• Experience with Salesforce Classic, Lightning, Apex, Triggers, Batch Processes, Controllers, APIs, dashboards, reports, security, encryption, and Salesforce Shield.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Vlocity.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party applications and external systems, including marketing, document, customer service, and financial services platforms.
• Must be eligible to work remotely from a location in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with Welkin Suite, Copado, GitHub Enterprise, SOAP and REST APIs, and Salesforce data-loader tools.
• Experience leading technology projects and developing engineering teams.
