What you will do

• Define and execute the overall management consulting strategy and build operational foundations.
• Identify market opportunities and develop compelling value propositions.
• Lead cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Talent Operations, and Delivery.
• Engage directly with clients to shape solutions and ensure client satisfaction.
• Establish analytics and feedback loops to iterate and improve offerings.
• Manage business P&L, optimize supply and demand, and drive revenue growth.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years experience managing business operations with 3+ years P&L ownership.
• Deep connections in the HLS industry and professional services experience.
• Proven track record in launching or scaling new business or product offerings.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Nice to have

• Experience at technology or hyper-growth companies.
• Management consulting experience at top-tier firms (McKinsey, Bain, BCG).
• Familiarity with marketing technology and automation platforms.
