What you will do
- Define and execute the overall management consulting strategy and build operational foundations.
- Identify market opportunities and develop compelling value propositions.
- Lead cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Talent Operations, and Delivery.
- Engage directly with clients to shape solutions and ensure client satisfaction.
- Establish analytics and feedback loops to iterate and improve offerings.
- Manage business P&L, optimize supply and demand, and drive revenue growth.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 10+ years experience managing business operations with 3+ years P&L ownership.
- Deep connections in the HLS industry and professional services experience.
- Proven track record in launching or scaling new business or product offerings.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Nice to have
- Experience at technology or hyper-growth companies.
- Management consulting experience at top-tier firms (McKinsey, Bain, BCG).
- Familiarity with marketing technology and automation platforms.
