Field Service Engineer (Industrial Automation)

Location: Leerdam, Netherlands, with daily travel to customer sites throughout the Netherlands and occasional international travel for training

What you will do

• Install and commission new Videojet coding and marking solutions.
• Maintain, repair, and service installed Videojet equipment at customer sites.
• Work with the sales organization on customer trials and product demonstrations.
• Develop customer relationships through responsive service and clear communication.
• Record and report service information accurately using service IT systems.
• Support regional revenue targets by promoting service contracts and additional services.

Requirements

• Field service experience at customer sites or through remote telephone support.
• Experience in the coding and marking industry, industrial automation, or a related field.
• Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding personal targets.
• Fluent written and spoken Dutch and English.
• Willingness to travel daily within the Netherlands to customer sites.
• Willingness to travel abroad for training.
