Location: Eindhoven, Netherlands; remote from home while supporting customers across the Benelux region

What you will do
- Develop the Hospital Automation sales funnel through lead generation, opportunity qualification, proposals, tenders, and deal support.
- Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to nurses, physicians, IT teams, biomedical engineers, and management.
- Collaborate with Project Management, Delivery, and Service teams on connectivity projects and solution implementation.
- Represent customer needs to clinical, marketing, and engineering teams while gathering regional market and product feedback.
- Work with medical device and Hospital Information System/Electronic Medical Record partners on new automation projects.
- Participate in relevant sales and marketing events and travel within the Benelux region to support customers and projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in healthcare sciences, information systems, information technology, biomedical engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with informatics, infrastructure, networks, databases, cloud computing, or hospital information technology.
- Experience in sales or pre-sales within healthcare, medical technology, or a related environment.
- Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards such as IHE and HL7, plus understanding of hospital workflows and the healthcare ecosystem.
- Fluent Dutch and comfortable English required.
- Valid driver’s license, acceptable Motor Vehicle Record, and ability to travel within the Benelux region required.
Nice to have
- Experience with hospital connectivity, automation solutions, or clinical information systems.
- Additional language skills.
