Finance Shared Services Intern (Finance)

Location: Remote within the United States; the posting lists Melbourne, Florida, and some positions may require U.S. citizenship for security clearance eligibility.

Salary: $20.50–$41.00 per hour in specified locations; other listed locations offer $18.00–$36.00 per hour.

What you will do

• Process invoices and handle exceptions within Accounts Payable.
• Research and resolve Accounts Payable invoice issues.
• Support or lead procure-to-pay projects.
• Perform reconciliations and financial reviews.
• Collaborate with other functional groups and explain operational processes.
• Support process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Ability to meet deadlines and targets consistently.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision and as part of a team.
• Microsoft Office and Outlook skills, with advanced Excel proficiency.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with a large ERP system, preferably SAP.
• Experience interpreting financial data and trends.
