Summer 2027 Service Center Intern (June - August)

Location: Boston, United States; hybrid schedule with 2 remote days and 3 on-site days

Hourly pay: $21.00–$25.00

What you will do

• Review reports for accuracy and compliance with department policies and procedures.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports supporting departmental objectives.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve questions, concerns, and processing issues.
• Communicate with internal and external clients to clarify instructions and resolve problems.
• Support special projects, cross-training initiatives, and internal and external audit requests.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be a rising senior graduating in 2028.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Culture & Benefits

• Full-time, Monday through Friday schedule of 35–40 hours per week.
