Senior Client Funding Operations Specialist (Fintech)

Location: Sydney, New South Wales, Australia; hybrid workplace

What you will do

• Process client deposits, withdrawals, and internal transfers across trading platforms and payment channels.
• Reconcile client accounts, platform balances, and bank statements, and prepare daily and weekly funding reports.
• Monitor transactions for unusual activity, trading anomalies, discrepancies, and operational risks.
• Resolve transaction exceptions and client funding queries while coordinating with internal teams and payment partners.
• Support AML/CTF checks and compliance with ASIC, CySEC, FMA, and other regulatory requirements.
• Analyze funding performance, monitor channel efficiency, and test new funding products and system updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience in the CFD or financial services industry is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
