Summer 2027 GDS Risk Regulatory and Oversight Summer Intern (June-August)

Location: Boston, United States; hybrid work environment. All applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.

Hourly pay rate: $21.00–$25.00

What you will do

• Support risk assessments for investment products and help develop business continuity plans.
• Write, communicate, and update procedures and process controls supporting regulatory compliance and internal audits.
• Review and update records, inventories, distribution documentation, and business continuity processes.
• Support projects involving non-cash compensation, distributors, strategic alliances, payments, and contract discussions.
• Work with business partners to support distribution effectiveness and confirm authorization of financial commitments.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be a rising senior graduating in 2028.
• Strong interest in financial services, ideally sales and marketing.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
