Accounts Receivable Specialist I

Location: Colorado, United States — Remote

Salary: $18.85–$24.49 per hour

What you will do

• Make daily collection calls and send written communications while maintaining detailed activity records.
• Analyze delinquent accounts and determine appropriate resolution plans.
• Research and reconcile customer statements, requests, and discrepancies.
• Collaborate with OTC Cash Processors and branch personnel to resolve account issues.
• Provide analytical support to accounts receivable leadership and shared services.
• Suggest continuous process improvements and contribute to team performance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, problem-solving, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Strong customer orientation and a professional approach.
• Ability to work 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday.
• Minimum travel and occasional team on-call availability.
• Light physical activity may be required.

Nice to have

• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• SAP experience.
• Strong phone skills.
