Customer Growth Specialist (Video Monetization)

hirify.global provides a video monetization platform that helps businesses build recurring revenue through branded web, mobile, and TV experiences.

What you will do

• Own gross revenue retention and expansion for an assigned segment of smaller video businesses.
• Identify why customers stall and design scalable coaching programs, cohort sessions, office hours, and triggered outreach.
• Coach customers on pricing, packaging, positioning, offer design, email and funnel strategy, and retention mechanics.
• Analyze retention curves, cohort behavior, funnel conversion, and account health to identify risks and effective interventions.
• Build repeatable playbooks and session formats for one-to-many customer coaching.
• Share customer insights with Product and Success teams.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in coaching, consulting, customer success, or digital marketing with ownership of measurable outcomes.
• Experience advising solo operators or small teams on growth.
• Strong live facilitation skills for group sessions, workshops, webinars, and one-to-one calls.
• Ability to analyze dashboards, retention curves, cohort behavior, and funnel conversion.
• Working fluency with AI tools for research, preparation, customer-data analysis, and synthesis.
• Clear communication and comfort owning influence over revenue and retention outcomes.

Nice to have

• Experience as a creator, coach, or small business owner.
• Experience with video businesses, online education, subscription, or membership businesses.
• Familiarity with Kit/ConvertKit, YouTube, Kajabi, Circle, Squarespace, Meta, or Instagram.
• Experience building scaled or one-to-many customer programs.
