Product Owner (AI)

Location: Hybrid in the North Zone of Mexico City, near Toreo Parque Central, with 3 days on-site and 2 days remote

What you will do

• Own the product vision for advanced analytics and translate AI initiatives into governable, scalable business opportunities.
• Maintain accountability for the digital and e-commerce P&L.
• Define, refine, and prioritize Epics and User Stories in the Product Backlog to maximize ROI.
• Lead Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Align technical data engineering teams and business executives on priorities, product features, and roadmap direction.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience delivering products end to end as a Product Owner in data-driven, digital, or e-commerce environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Actuarial Science, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Advanced or fluent English for communication and negotiation across global technical and business teams.
• Active Certified Product Owner credential such as CSPO, PSPO, or equivalent is required.
• Hands-on expertise in Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe, with extensive experience using Jira and Confluence.
• Knowledge of advanced analytics, customer database metrics, SQL, Google Cloud Platform, and Business Intelligence tools.

Nice to have

• Experience using AI tools for drafting, analysis, research, or process automation.
• Basic hands-on knowledge of Python and Databricks.
