HR Intern

Location: Central London, United Kingdom; on-site in the office four days per week

What you will do

• Provide administrative and project support to the Universal Global Television HR team.
• Support employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding and offboarding.
• Maintain accurate organisational charts and distribution lists.
• Assist with generating general reports through the HR system.
• Help coordinate and deliver employee engagement activities and events aligned with company values.

Requirements

• Be eligible to work in the UK without restriction for the full internship period.
• Be able to work in the Central London office on-site four days per week.
• Currently study at university and return to full-time education in autumn 2028, or seek work experience after completing A-Levels, an equivalent course, or an apprenticeship.
• Show interest in creating inclusive work environments and collaborating with others.
• Be organised, able to multitask and prioritise, and attentive to detail.
• Maintain confidentiality and understand the importance of handling sensitive information appropriately.
