Supply Chain (Business Degree) Apprenticeship (Aerospace)

Location: Broughton, North Wales, United Kingdom; on-site apprenticeship. The programme starts in September 2027 and runs for three years. Candidates must have current legal authorisation to work in the United Kingdom for the full duration of the programme.

What you will do

• Work across supply chain and logistics functions including Beluga operations, programme planning, procurement, supplier management, quality, contracts, and projects.
• Schedule Beluga operations and plan aircraft build sequences to support on-time delivery.
• Interact with a global supplier base to secure timely delivery of aircraft components.
• Work with operational teams to confirm parts availability at the point of use and protect production.
• Manage on-site service provider performance and support process improvements.
• Help implement digital solutions and sustainability initiatives across the business.

Requirements

• Three A Levels at grade B or above, including Business Studies or Economics and two further subjects such as English Language, Maths, or Welsh Baccalaureate; or a Business BTEC Extended Diploma at DDM; or an equivalent validated qualification.
• Minimum GCSE grade 4/C in Maths or Numeracy and English Language, or equivalent.
• Submit a CV showing grades and whether they are predicted or achieved.
• Submit a cover letter explaining motivation for hirify.global and the apprenticeship, as well as relevant skills and experience.
• Successful candidates must pass a BPSS security check and may need UK SC-level Security Clearance or Export Control approval.
• Apprenticeship roles do not meet UK Visas and Immigration requirements for migrant-worker sponsorship.

• Interest or experience in business, supply chain, logistics, project management, sustainability, engineering, finance, HR, or related areas.
