Product Engineer Intern - Bachelor's Degree (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Support test program verification, debugging, failure analysis, and device characterization.
• Execute or coordinate Automated Test Equipment (ATE) and System Level Test (SLT) operations.
• Compile and present engineering analysis reports, DPPM analysis, and yield reports.
• Support product engineering activities across NPI, Mass Production Release, and sustaining stages.
• Contribute to manufacturing testing, qualification, yield improvement, quality improvement, and cost reduction.
• Complete an engineering project focused on NPI deliverables or solving a technical challenge under the guidance of a senior mentor.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or a relevant discipline.
• Strong organizational, data analysis, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of data analysis tools such as JMP or statistical tools.
• Ability to work with Test, Hardware, Design, Firmware, and Product Engineering teams.

Nice to have

• Secondary major or specialization in Data Analytics.
