Senior Product Manager (E-commerce)

What you will do

• Own the roadmap for the fulfillment-facing platform, including integrations, operational tooling, onboarding, and analytics.
• Partner with fulfillment and operations teams to identify friction and develop scalable product improvements.
• Define and track success metrics across activation, adoption, and merchant satisfaction.
• Build a continuous feedback loop with Customer Support to address recurring merchant pain points.
• Drive product and feature innovation that improves efficiency in fulfillment centers.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Fulfillment, Growth, and Customer Success.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years in product management.
• Background in customer-facing products.
• Experience translating data and user feedback into product features.
• Strong roadmap ownership, data-driven prioritization, and product metrics skills.
• Experience working with APIs and integrations.
• Fluent English and strong stakeholder communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with B2B SaaS, e-commerce, logistics, or marketplace platforms.
