Tender Manager / Project Manager – EU/NATO

Location: Primarily Solna, Sweden; Huskvarna, Karlskoga, Linköping or Växjö may also be considered. Travel within Sweden and internationally is required.

What you will do

• Support Business Units in assessing and pursuing relevant EU and NATO opportunities.
• Coordinate capture and bid activities from early opportunity assessment through proposal submission.
• Develop capture plans, stakeholder maps, action plans, proposal timelines, and supporting materials.
• Build processes, tools, templates, and practical guidance for the NATO/EU Affairs team and Business Units.
• Prepare decision materials and recommendations for senior stakeholders regarding bid participation.
• Support compliance with EU and NATO funding, reporting, and audit requirements while collecting lessons learned.

Requirements

• A few years of relevant experience in tender management, bid management, capture management, project management, or a similar coordinating role.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders, preferably in an international environment.
• Interest in the defense sector, military customer requirements, and European defense cooperation.
• Understanding of, or strong interest in learning about, EU and NATO funding and cooperation programs in defense and security.
• Strong communication, analytical, planning, and follow-up skills.
• Fluent English, spoken and written, is required. Swedish is an advantage.

• Experience with EU- or NATO-funded programs or similar international initiatives.
