Europe Engagement Leader (AI Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Act as a senior technical advisor in customer meetings, workshops, executive briefings, and strategy sessions.
• Lead technical discovery, identify business and infrastructure needs, and translate customer objectives into solution strategies.
• Support account planning, opportunity reviews, client presentations, proposals, and RFI/RFP responses.
• Develop AI infrastructure and data center solutions covering GPU deployment, high-density power and cooling, liquid cooling, modernization, colocation, sustainability, and resiliency.
• Collaborate with technical specialists, consultants, delivery organizations, hyperscalers, and ecosystem partners.
• Produce thought leadership content and provide market intelligence on emerging technologies, competitors, and industry trends.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in data center operations, engineering, consulting, design, facilities management, or infrastructure strategy.
• Experience working directly with enterprise customers and executive stakeholders.
• Deep knowledge of data center design, operations, infrastructure, and modernization programs.
• Experience in business development, pre-sales, solution architecture, or consulting engagements.
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
• Experience supporting complex, multi-stakeholder pursuits and transformation initiatives.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI infrastructure deployments, large-scale compute environments, GPU infrastructure, or high-performance computing.
• Experience with hyperscale, enterprise, colocation, or mission-critical facility environments.
• Uptime Institute, EPI, or equivalent industry certifications.
• Experience advising on sustainability, resiliency, and capacity planning.
• MBA, engineering degree, computer science degree, or equivalent experience.
