Amazon eCommerce Trading Manager (Amazon)

What you will do

• Own the global Amazon business and P&L, driving sales growth, profitability, and platform risk management.
• Develop and execute a multi-year strategy for Amazon EU, Amazon USA, and future global markets.
• Prepare strategic business reviews, financial forecasts, and growth updates for the board and executive directors.
• Build, mentor, and lead the Amazon trading and operations team.
• Oversee Seller Central operations, account health, supply chain processes, and resolution of critical platform issues.
• Lead merchandising, PPC and DSP advertising, Prime Day, Black Friday, and cross-functional alignment with supply chain, inventory, product, and finance teams.

Requirements

• Proven success scaling an Amazon or eCommerce business profitably.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, global EU and US marketplaces, advertising ecosystems, and Amazon fulfilment requirements.
• Experience managing complex multi-million-pound P&Ls with a focus on profitability, ROI, and sustainable growth.
• Ability to define long-term strategy while delivering short-term tactical execution.
• Ability to turn complex data and business performance into clear, actionable stakeholder insights.
• Willingness to undertake occasional international travel and represent the brand at senior levels.
