Research Analyst (Irwin Assistant)

Location: Manila, Philippines, One Le Grand Tower. Hybrid arrangement with onsite work required three times per week. Willingness to work night shifts, extended hours when needed, and Eastern Standard Time is required.

What you will do

• Process large datasets into customer accounts with a focus on accuracy and completeness.
• Validate and cleanse data to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies.
• Review feeds, corporate action emails, press releases, and other trusted sources.
• Resolve customer data issues promptly in collaboration with Customer Success Managers.
• Maintain records of data uploads and document processes for training and reference.
• Communicate upload progress, challenges, and resolutions to internal teams and clients.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Commerce, Business Management, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or an equivalent discipline.
• Computer literacy for using databases and software to collect and process content and data.
• Good knowledge of financial markets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with internal and external clients.
• Numerical, analytical, and detail-oriented skills for processing financial data accurately.
• Good knowledge of Excel and the ability to manipulate large spreadsheets.
