Supply Chain Technical Analyst (Semiconductor)

Location: Penang, Malaysia; hybrid work model with regular on-site attendance at the assigned site

What you will do

• Lead early engagement planning and end-to-end product execution throughout the New Product Introduction lifecycle.
• Ensure product readiness, build plan feasibility, supply-demand alignment, and delivery from concept through volume ramp.
• Assess risks, manage cross-functional dependencies, and drive execution readiness.
• Coordinate with Product Development, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and Business Units.
• Drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, and alignment with business priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Business Management, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in demand or supply planning, supply chain management, project management, or data analysis.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite/365 skills.
• Experience building dashboards, charts, and graphs and presenting analytical insights.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively across cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a related field with at least 2 years of experience.
• Background in the semiconductor or high-tech industry.
• Experience with process and tool improvement projects.
• Working knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools.
