Senior Supply Chain Planner (Supply Chain Planning/Inventory Management): Planning and developing supply schedules to maintain inventory positions that support internal and external customer requirements with an accent on demand coordination, purchase-order monitoring, and supply constraint management. Focus on resolving capacity, transportation, and order-management issues, escalating shortages, and leading continuous improvement and cross-functional supply chain projects.
Location: Penang, Malaysia; hybrid work is offered

What you will do
- Support deployment of the regional supply chain model.
- Plan and develop supply schedules to maintain sufficient inventory for internal and external customers.
- Review and adjust demand plans with internal stakeholders.
- Resolve supply constraints involving capacity, transportation, and order-management errors.
- Monitor purchase orders, coordinate delivery schedules, and escalate shortages.
- Represent supply chain in cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- At least 5 years of work experience.
- International supply chain experience in services or manufacturing is advantageous.
- Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Oracle knowledge is advantageous.
