Supply Chain Planner, Professional II (Supply Chain Planning): Developing supply schedules and maintaining inventory positions to support material requirements for internal and external customers with an accent on demand planning, purchase-order monitoring, and cross-functional coordination. Focus on resolving supply constraints, escalating shortages, analyzing supply-chain issues, and contributing to continuous improvement and cross-functional projects.
Location: Penang, Malaysia; hybrid work is available.

What you will do
- Support deployment of the supply chain model within the region.
- Develop supply schedules and maintain inventory positions against material requirements and forecasted demand.
- Review and adjust demand plans with internal stakeholders.
- Resolve constraints involving capacity, transportation, order management, and purchase-order delivery issues.
- Escalate shortages and coordinate production and shipping schedules with cross-functional teams.
- Participate in supply chain improvement initiatives, ad-hoc analysis, and cross-functional projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- At least 2 years of work experience.
- Ability to organize and prioritize work.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- International supply chain experience in service or manufacturing is advantageous.
