Senior Commercial Manager

What you will do

• Develop and govern standard commercial, cost, cashflow, risk, and executive reporting formats across project management consultants.
• Coordinate and validate commercial data, consolidate programme-wide cost reports, budgets, cashflows, and risk registers.
• Develop project cost reports, trend analysis, change reporting, benchmarks, cost plans, and updates to the baseline budget.
• Manage insurance, guarantee, and warranty databases and support procurement guidelines, tender documents, and commercial strategy.
• Implement programme change control and link cost breakdown structures with schedules and earned value.
• Lead contracts, risk, and support service departments while ensuring timely commercial deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or quantity surveying.
• Minimum 15 years of post-graduation experience and prior experience as a Senior Commercial Manager.
• MRICS, CIOB, or equivalent certification.
• Experience with major civil and infrastructure projects, including urban developments, roads, bridges, utilities, procurement, and contract management.
• Knowledge of international contracting mechanisms including FIDIC and NEC, plus experience with MS Office and project management software.
• Fluent written and spoken English required.
