What you will do

• Guide the identification, registration, and handling of damaged, short-delivery, excess, mis-sorted, no-label, and information-inconsistent parcels.
• Track exception-handling progress and ensure timely closure of cases.
• Inspect mis-sort, damage, and loss rates during sorting operations, analyze causes, and propose improvements.
• Identify recurring issues, optimize processes, and establish exception-handling standards and SOPs.
• Provide on-site guidance to field operators and supervise major or urgent exceptions to maintain cargo flow.

• Ability to perform exception-handling activities in an on-site logistics environment.
• Ability to inspect cargo quality indicators and analyze operational causes.
• Ability to guide field operators and manage urgent parcel exceptions.
