Channel Evolution CVM Strategy Trainee (iGaming)

What you will do

• Support the observation, mapping, and continuous improvement planning of Sisal’s app and web touchpoints.
• Research market trends and benchmark digital experiences across the industry and related sectors.
• Help collect and visualize key metrics, user feedback, and digital performance data.
• Participate in project coordination with product, design, technology, and marketing teams.
• Collaborate with international colleagues and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Recent graduate or Master’s student in Economics, Management Engineering, Marketing, Communication, Data Analysis, or a related digital or business field.
• Curiosity about digital products, websites, apps, and user journeys.
• Problem-solving ability with an analytical and creative approach to user experience.
• Strong communication skills, teamwork, and a self-starter attitude.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent Italian and English required.
