Learning and Development Program Operations Manager (AI)

Location: New York, United States

Annual base salary: $140,000–$190,000, plus year-end bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of L&D coordinators by setting priorities, delegating work, providing feedback, and supporting professional growth.
• Support the GAI-learning team with end-to-end program delivery, stakeholder resources, and session logistics.
• Identify manual and time-intensive processes and redesign them to be more efficient, scalable, automated, and AI-supported.
• Drive practical adoption of generative AI across team workflows to improve efficiency and quality.
• Manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives by anticipating risks and dependencies and communicating with senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least seven years of experience in project or program management, operations, or a related field.
• Demonstrated success driving process improvement in complex, fast-paced environments.
• Strong understanding of generative AI concepts and tools, with experience helping others adopt AI in practical ways.
• Experience managing and developing people in a collaborative, high-performing environment.
• Exceptional organizational, project-management, communication, and stakeholder relationship-building skills.
• Collaborative, low-ego, and agile working style with comfort operating amid ambiguity.
