is an AI Safety company building a safety, reliability, and optimization layer for AI systems through natural-language policies that are tested, enforced, and improved at scale.
What you will do
- Design landing pages from initial concepts through polished, responsive final designs.
- Develop visual languages, patterns, graphic systems, and illustrations for the website and product.
- Evolve the brand and bring brand expression into product experiences.
- Create concepts for motion, interactions, animations, and other dynamic experiences.
- Design visuals for launches, campaigns, social media, events, and other brand moments.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and research teams while moving between concept development, art direction, and pixel-level execution.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong portfolio spanning brand and digital design, especially web design.
- Strong visual judgment and attention to typography, composition, layout, and detail.
- Knowledge of responsive web design, graphics, illustrations, and visual experimentation.
- Ability to take projects from rough concepts to polished results independently.
- Curiosity about technology, AI, and the intersection of design and software, with clear communication and fast execution.
Nice to have
- Motion design skills.
- Experience with 3D.
- Creative coding or generative design experience.
- Ability to prototype ideas in code.
