Staff Brand Designer (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: $137,600–$258,000 annually, depending on US geographic pay tier.

What you will do

• Set the creative direction for the brand and build its visual identity, components, guidelines, and sub-brand architecture.
• Shape a cohesive parent brand across life sciences, chemistry, financial services, navigation, AI operations, and cybersecurity.
• Design, build, launch, and maintain the corporate website and related properties in Webflow.
• Produce high-craft conference graphics, brochures, one-pagers, infographics, executive materials, and go-to-market assets.
• Create scalable templates, brand kits, asset libraries, design systems, and AI-assisted workflows.
• Partner with product design, creative media, marketing, and go-to-market teams while directing external specialists when needed.

Requirements

• Approximately 8+ years of experience in brand systems, graphic design, and web design.
• Hands-on fluency with a modern CMS or visual web platform such as Webflow, plus HTML and CSS skills.
• Proven experience building design systems, component libraries, brand kits, templates, or asset libraries adopted by non-designers.
• Ability to design across distinct domains and translate complex scientific and AI concepts into clear visual communication.
• Experience establishing brand or web practices from scratch, working independently, actively using AI tools, and presenting ideas persuasively.
• Must be located in the United States for this remote role.

Nice to have

• Motion, animation, interactive web, or UI experience.
• Experience creating web-native alternatives to static PDFs and presentations.
• Brand or web experience in science, deep tech, healthcare, or other technically demanding fields.
• Baseline SEO and accessibility literacy.
• Print and production experience.
