Senior Brand Designer

Location: Hybrid, with presence in the San Jose or San Francisco office four days per week; Tuesday is the designated work-from-home day.

Salary: $143,000–$190,000 annual salary

What you will do

• Create and evolve the visual identity across marketing, product, and internal initiatives.
• Design assets for web, print, presentations, events, social media, and digital experiences.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to deliver cohesive, high-quality design.
• Manage multiple design projects and ensure timely delivery.
• Experiment with new design tools, AI tools, and prompting to accelerate creative workflows.
• Develop scalable design processes and systems for the growing team.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in brand design with a strong portfolio solving complex design problems.
• Expert-level skills in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
• Advanced knowledge of graphic, digital, print, motion, typography, color theory, and visual composition.
• Experience with website, UI/UX, presentation, print, event, and social media design.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to explain design decisions and exchange constructive feedback.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Advanced motion and 3D skills, including animation, compositing, rendering, or rotoscoping.
• Photography and videography experience.
• Creative coding or generative art experience at the intersection of design and engineering.
• Experience in machine learning or computer hardware.
• A degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
