Brand Designer (Web3)

Location: Remote in North America; US-based preferred, with PST preferred

What you will do

• Create social media assets, web content, sales collateral, and internal communication materials.
• Support marketing initiatives for product releases, exchange integrations, and ecosystem events.
• Design conference materials, booth graphics, signage, and printed collateral.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver event assets on time.
• Support product-side graphics, illustrations, and visual assets while maintaining consistency between brand and product surfaces.
• Build templates and systems that make recurring design work faster and more structured.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a graphic or brand designer.
• Strong generalist skills in layout, typography, color, and composition.
• Proficiency in Figma, with a portfolio demonstrating digital and print work.
• Expertise in at least one of motion design, Framer, or illustration and iconography.
• Ability to organize work independently, manage deadlines, communicate clearly, take direction, and contribute ideas.
• Comfort working quickly with shifting priorities while maintaining high-quality output.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with crypto, DeFi, or financial infrastructure.
