What you will do

• Provide strategic leadership for risk, resilience, compliance and organisational integrity across the hirify.global Group.
• Advise the Board, Audit & Risk Committee and Executive Committee on risk exposure, governance, controls and strategic decisions.
• Lead a pan-hirify.global function of more than 50 professionals across risk management, compliance, resilience, investigations, safety, safeguarding and security.
• Set and oversee risk, resilience and compliance strategies, frameworks, risk appetite, escalation processes and management reporting.
• Ensure risk and resilience considerations inform strategic planning, investments, transformation, partnerships and organisational change.
• Lead business continuity, crisis management, investigations and whistleblowing frameworks, including preparedness, testing and lessons learned.

Requirements

• Established senior leadership experience advising Boards, Committees and Executive teams in PLCs or large public sector organisations.
• Significant experience developing and embedding enterprise risk, organisational resilience, business continuity and crisis management frameworks.
• Experience leading risk, compliance or assurance functions and building high-performing teams in complex organisations.
• Deep expertise in risk, compliance, assurance, governance, controls and organisational integrity, including work with Internal Audit and external assurance providers.
• Knowledge of corporate investigations, whistleblowing, Speak Up frameworks and the governance of sensitive investigations.
• Professional accreditation in risk management, governance, compliance, resilience, audit, safety, security, investigations or a related discipline.
