Consumer Products Creative Operations Intern

Location: Central London, United Kingdom; on-site four days per week. Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK without restriction for the full internship period from 5 July 2027 to 21 July 2028.

What you will do

• Support the Senior Manager, Operations - Brand Management and Product Development with day-to-day Consumer Products operations.
• Coordinate projects across the hirify.global portfolio, including creative design, strategy development, marketing materials, pitches, and events.
• Support process development, ways of working, project briefs, resource planning, and budget management.
• Coordinate stakeholder communications and approval workflows from project inception through market delivery.
• Work with asset management systems, SharePoint, and Adobe Creative Cloud.

Requirements

• UK work eligibility without restriction is required for the duration of the internship.
• On-site work in the Central London office four days per week is required.
• Currently study at university and return to full-time education in autumn 2028, or have completed A-Levels, an equivalent course, or an apprenticeship.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Organised problem-solving approach, ability to learn quickly, and effective time management.
• Solid experience with Keynote and Microsoft Office applications.
