Senior Frontend Engineer - Marketing (all genders)

What you will do

• Own and replatform scayle.com from WordPress to a modern, AI-enhanced stack or headless React/Next.js architecture.
• Develop SCAYLESTUDIOS.ai with high-converting navigation, landing pages, onboarding flows, and activation-focused modules.
• Manage technical SEO, Generative Engine Optimization, Core Web Vitals, media optimization, and site speed.
• Implement event tracking, A/B testing, and conversion metrics to optimize user journeys.
• Collaborate with Content, Product, and Demand teams to deliver growth initiatives.
• Use AI coding tools and build secure publishing workflows for non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on web development experience in B2B, SaaS, or marketing environments.
• Strong HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Ruby on Rails with Hotwire skills.
• WordPress experience and expertise in migration to a headless or React/Next.js stack.
• Knowledge of Core Web Vitals, CDNs, technical SEO, GEO, and media or video optimization.
• Experience building landing pages, sign-up flows, payment integrations such as Stripe, tracking, and A/B testing.
• Fluent English required; German is a plus.
