Sr. Product Manager - ECM (AI)

Salary: CAD 98,080–147,120 per year

What you will do

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Content Management platform capabilities.
• Own customer value and business outcomes across Content Intelligence, WebReports, Process Automation, Document Control, and Process Control.
• Partner with Engineering and Architecture to deliver scalable, secure, cloud-ready, and high-performance solutions.
• Collaborate with customers, partners, advisory boards, and go-to-market teams to drive adoption and product investment.
• Lead market research, competitive analysis, and roadmap prioritization.
• Drive platform modernization and embed Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, RAG, intelligent automation, and content intelligence capabilities.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of Product Management, Product Ownership, or related experience delivering enterprise software solutions.
• Experience defining product strategies, multi-year roadmaps, and customer-focused outcomes.
• Knowledge of ECM, business process automation, governance, compliance, records management, and information management.
• Experience delivering SaaS, cloud-native, hybrid, and on-premises products in Agile environments.
• Ability to collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, UX, and Cloud Operations teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience working with enterprise customers in regulated industries and managing complex stakeholder requirements.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of hirify.global Content Server/OTCM, WebReports, Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, RAG, AI Agents, enterprise AI architectures, SAP, Microsoft, Salesforce, or cloud modernization initiatives.
• MBA or advanced degree.
