Principal Product Manager - Flow Studio (GenAI Products)

Location: Remote from Ontario, Canada, or the East Coast of Canada or the United States

Salary: US-based starting base salary of $149,000–$266,200 per year; offers may vary by experience and geographic location.

What you will do

• Translate Flow Studio’s product strategy and emerging generative AI opportunities into roadmaps, priorities, decisions, and action.
• Align priorities, dependencies, risks, owners, and next steps across complex initiatives.
• Engage customers and partners to understand AI-driven creative workflows and convert feedback, usage patterns, and market signals into product insights.
• Experiment with AI tools and track models, competitors, workflows, and capabilities relevant to Flow Studio.
• Coordinate Product, Engineering, UX, Marketing, Sales, Legal, Trusted AI, governance, and customer-facing stakeholders.
• Support positioning, readiness, enablement, and launch execution while removing blockers and preparing executive-level narratives.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management, product operations, program leadership, or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of generative AI and AI-powered creative workflows, with hands-on experience using image, video, animation, performance, AI filmmaking, or AI production tools.
• Experience taking AI/ML or technically complex products from concept through production and launch.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives across product, engineering, marketing, sales, legal, governance, and customer-facing teams.
• Strong product judgment, prioritization, communication, presentation, and executive storytelling skills.
• Required experience in media and entertainment, visual effects, animation, gaming, or creative technology, plus a bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Flow Studio, hirify.global Production Management, Maya, Unreal Engine, Blender, or similar creative production tools.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and large, matrixed organizations.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, analytics, 3D graphics, or rendering pipelines.
