What you will do

• Deliver research, data, and insight on the global gas and LNG market.
• Analyse and value LNG supply, shipping, regasification infrastructure, contracts, pricing, costs, and market fundamentals.
• Research gas trading, pipeline and LNG terminal dynamics, corporate strategy, emissions, decarbonisation, and the energy transition.
• Plan and deliver research programmes across databases, reports, and presentation materials.
• Present market views to senior clients, gather research, and develop commercial relationships.
• Work with data systems, AI models, and agents to improve research processes and analyse market trends.

Requirements

• Experience in a data, analytics, or consulting business, or in a commercial gas-related role with an industry participant.
• Strong knowledge of and interest in the gas and LNG market.
• Experience with modelling, integrated scenario problem-solving, quantitative analysis, and large datasets.
• Ability to translate market analysis into clear messages and present views to clients.
• Strong planning, organisation, collaboration, and workload-management skills.
• Proficiency with data collaboration tools such as Microsoft Excel.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Power BI and Power Query.
• Experience developing prompts and agentic AI solutions.
• Experience coaching less-experienced team members.
