Location: London or Oxford, with flexible and hybrid working options

Base pay range for the Netherlands location in Amsterdam: €59,300–€98,800 annually

What you will do

• Lead complex analytics projects from planning through delivery.
• Translate loosely defined business questions into clear analytical plans and actionable recommendations.
• Partner with senior stakeholders, challenge assumptions, and support data-driven strategy.
• Define relevant analyses, metrics, and reporting solutions while managing multiple priorities.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams and evaluate emerging tools, including AI-assisted analytics.
• Coach and mentor junior data analysts by sharing analytical expertise and best practices.

Requirements

• Experience influencing decisions through data-backed recommendations.
• Proven ability to manage projects and deliver results independently.
• Good understanding of data modelling, data blending, and visualization.
• Experience balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to learn new tools and analytical methodologies.
