TL;DR
Data & Insights Analyst (EMEA) (Search, Social, AI Visibility): Building accurate reporting and insight frameworks across search, social, content, digital PR, influencer and AI visibility with an accent on social listening, luxury-category intelligence and cross-channel measurement. Focus on automating dashboards, analysing sentiment and LLM citations, and turning complex data into clear recommendations for senior audiences.
Location: London, UK (hybrid). The role includes a work-from-abroad policy for up to four weeks per year.

What you will do
- Build Boolean queries and conduct social listening analysis covering audiences, categories, sentiment and competitors.
- Track luxury and jewellery trends, competitor activity, citations, messaging, share of voice and sentiment.
- Analyse organic and paid performance across social, search, content and influencer channels, defining KPIs and optimisation recommendations.
- Measure community management and influencer impact, including sentiment and creator visibility in LLM queries.
- Translate AI visibility, social search and off-site SEO data into client recommendations.
- Own weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting; reconcile data, maintain KPI frameworks, automate reporting and build self-serve dashboards.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Insights Manager or Data Strategist, ideally in a digital, media or marketing agency.
- Working knowledge of GA4, Google Search Console, social platform analytics, Semrush and Ahrefs.
- Hands-on experience with social listening tools such as YouScan and Boolean query building.
- Understanding of AI search visibility and experience with prompt writing or refinement.
- Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills, plus experience with Looker Studio or Power BI.
- Strong PowerPoint, communication, storytelling, commercial thinking and attention-to-detail skills.

- Experience with CreatorIQ, Traackr, Lefty or Launchmetrics.
