What you will do

• Develop and execute category strategies for insurance, markethirify.global, media, advertishirify.global, market research, and related supplier services.
• Lead strategic sourchirify.global, supplier selection, complex negotiations, contracthirify.global, and vendor management.
• Manage global and multi-country sourchirify.global initiatives, includhirify.global risk assessments, mitigation plans, and third-party risk activities.
• Build relationships with business stakeholders and strategic suppliers while alignhirify.global objectives across global and local teams.
• Coordinate and coach buyers across procurement teams and geographies.
• Support the transition to a category-focused procurement model and drive consistent adoption across locations.

Requirements

• More than 6 years of procurement experience, preferably at a strategic level in an international financial services organization.
• More than 5 years of category-specific experience in markethirify.global and media and/or insurance.
• Expertise in media buyhirify.global, advertishirify.global and creative agencies, market research, digital markethirify.global services, MarTech, and insurance lines includhirify.global employee benefits, credit risks, and non-life insurance.
• Experience with global sourchirify.global initiatives, offshore teams, senior stakeholders, supplier negotiations, regulatory and compliance requirements, and legal matters.
• Strong project management, analytical, negotiation, influenchirify.global, conflict resolution, and strategic plannhirify.global skills.
• Perfectly fluent business English, spoken and written, is required.
