Senior Data Scientist (AI)

Location: Tel Aviv, with hybrid work opportunities

What you will do

• Lead data science projects influencing the work of psychologists, psychiatrists, and other caregivers.
• Analyze tens of thousands of patient-therapist conversations to derive insights that improve therapy sessions.
• Develop end-to-end AI solutions from research and experimentation through production.
• Identify cutting-edge technologies and integrate them into Eleos products.
• Help design the company’s behavioral health products and CareOps automation platform.
• Mentor team members and provide technical guidance.

Requirements

• More than 5 years of industry experience as a data scientist.
• More than 3 years of production-grade Python experience.
• Experience developing and delivering end-to-end AI models, including data cleaning, feature engineering, algorithm development, and production implementation.
• Experience with NLP, LLM applications, and Generative AI.
• Strong accountability, analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate with product, clinical, and engineering teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with speech and audio technologies such as speech-to-text, speaker separation, diarization, or speaker identification.
• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Startup experience.
• Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Machine Learning, or a related field.
