Senior Principal Software Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Design and implement agentic AI solutions for strategic, high-priority software projects.
• Embed with different R&D teams, learn their domains, and accelerate delivery of advanced features.
• Mentor engineering teams on practical AI tools for writing, testing, and shipping code.
• Adapt across technology stacks, architectural challenges, and business contexts with a high degree of independence.
• Build trust with engineers and leadership while influencing engineering practices and architectural decisions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience as a Senior Principal Engineer, Architect, or senior individual contributor.
• Real-world experience with agentic development, LLMs, agent frameworks, and generative AI tools.
• Ability to work across modern technology stacks including Go, Python, Java, AWS, GCP, and Kubernetes.
• Strong mentoring, coaching, interpersonal, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Proactive and self-directed approach to executing strategic objectives across engineering teams.
