Senior Staff Data Scientist (AI Solutions)

Location: Petach Tikva, Israel; primarily office-based

What you will do

• Research, design, evaluate, and deploy advanced AI/ML models for identity security and cybersecurity applications.
• Build solutions using LLMs, RAG systems, and Agentic AI frameworks.
• Analyze large-scale datasets to identify patterns and generate actionable insights.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and analysts on feature development and ML validation.
• Track academic and industry advances in AI/ML and apply relevant practices to production challenges.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Data Science experience, including designing, building, and deploying LLM, RAG, or Agentic AI solutions.
• MSc in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, with a Data Science thesis and GPA above 85.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning fundamentals, data structures, algorithms, and probability.
• Demonstrated independent research, learning, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Work is primarily performed from the office in Petach Tikva, Israel.

Nice to have

• Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or NLP libraries such as Hugging Face.
• Experience with AWS, GCP, Spark, or other distributed data tools.
• Knowledge of or interest in cybersecurity.
