Senior Data Analyst (Growth)

What you will do

• Partner with User Acquisition and Growth collaborators to investigate performance and provide actionable recommendations.
• Lead analytical projects from problem definition and data exploration through insight delivery and communication.
• Own Growth data models, metric definitions, and measurement logic covering spend, acquisition, revenue, attribution, and marketing performance.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to translate analytical needs into data requirements and validate delivered solutions.
• Build scalable reporting and analytical solutions while identifying data quality issues and reducing manual analysis.
• Communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders, support experimentation and modeling projects, and mentor other analysts.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Analytics Engineering, or a related field.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large, complex datasets.
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis, automation, and analytical workflows.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, data quality, analytical data structures, and metric definitions.
• Experience with a data visualization or BI tool such as Looker, Tableau, or similar.
• Strong statistical analysis, experimentation, communication, collaboration, ownership, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with digital marketing data, attribution, and acquisition metrics.
• Experience working with Data Science, Data Engineering, Analytics, and business teams.
