Data Analyst (German Language)

Location: Remote, hybrid, or office-based work is available in Albania, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Kosovo, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the Netherlands.

Salary: EUR 3,000–5,000 gross per month; final compensation depends on experience, location, and professional growth.

What you will do

• Collect, clean, transform, and analyze data from relational and NoSQL databases across on-premise and cloud environments.
• Write and optimize SQL queries and use Python for data processing, statistical analysis, and automation.
• Apply hypothesis testing, regression analysis, confidence intervals, and A/B testing to support data-driven decisions.
• Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards and visualizations in Power BI, Tableau, and QlikView.
• Evaluate visualization methods, BI access modes, and licensing models, providing recommendations on functionality, scalability, and cost.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver accurate, governed analytics that supports business outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst.
• Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, or DynamoDB.
• Practical Python experience for analysis, data processing, and automation, plus knowledge of applied statistics and A/B testing.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, and QlikView, including DAX, LOD, and Set Analysis.
• English at Upper-Intermediate level or above and German at Intermediate+ level or above are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines.
• Familiarity with Snowflake, BigQuery, Synapse, Databricks, or Redshift.
• Professional certifications and knowledge of data governance and security best practices.
