Senior Fullstack Developer .NET + React (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid work with one day per week on-site in Warsaw or Gdańsk, Poland

What you will do

• Develop backend solutions using C# and .NET, with approximately 70% of the role focused on backend development.
• Build and maintain frontend functionality with React, representing approximately 30% of the role.
• Analyze and extend existing and legacy code while developing new functionality.
• Contribute to solution architecture using microservices, DDD, Clean Code, SOLID, and architectural patterns.
• Debug, profile, and analyze application performance, including work with T-SQL and relational databases.
• Collaborate with Developers, Testers, Analysts, and the Product Owner in a Scrum environment.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of commercial .NET development experience.
• At least 3 years of commercial React development experience.
• Strong C#, .NET Framework, .NET Standard, .NET Core, modern .NET, React 18+, and T-SQL skills.
• Experience with debugging, profiling, performance analysis, SQL Management Studio, and Visual Studio.
• Knowledge of DDD, Clean Code, SOLID, architectural patterns, and asynchronous communication.
• Fluent Polish and English at minimum B2 level required.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services or banking.
• Experience with mobile application views, automated testing, Postman, Playwright, or WCAG.
