Technical Project Manager (Connectivity)

Location: Hybrid, with regular time expected in one of hirify.global' hubs and occasional travel for team workshops, customer meetings, and company off-sites.

Salary: $140,000–$180,000 annually in the US.

hirify.global builds an operating system for mobile services that enables technology companies to embed global connectivity into their products.

What you will do

• Support connectivity operations across carrier onboarding, pricing updates, and performance monitoring.
• Manage SIM ordering, inventory tracking, and distribution across global markets.
• Own lower-priority partner escalations and coordinate troubleshooting with Product and Support.
• Plan and execute SIM and feature testing across global providers, coordinating freelancers or BPOs when needed.
• Gather and analyze operational metrics to identify issues, trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Document workflows, identify bottlenecks, and help implement scalable operational solutions.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in an analytical or operational role in technology, consulting, finance, or a fast-paced startup.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with comfort using spreadsheets and learning tools such as Notion, Looker, and SQL.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for keeping stakeholders aligned.
• Proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to work through operational details.
• Interest in telecom, APIs, or connectivity is helpful, along with curiosity and willingness to learn.
